Netflix recently unveiled the trailer for the upcoming series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, which explores the lives of courtesans against the backdrop of British-ruled India. The trailer for the series has received widespread praise everywhere. It features a star-studded cast including Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Richa Chaddha among others. However, eagle-eyed fans have spotted certain mistakes in the trailer.

A Reddit user noticed a microphone wire sticking out from Aditi’s costume in one of the scenes with Fardeen. Some users jokingly said it wasn’t a mishap but rather a deliberate plot element. They claimed that Aditi’s character might be a cyborg secretly recording the male actor’s intentions. Maybe that’s the plot? She’s recording him to later leak his ill intentions,” one user said.

Meanwhile, another user noticed a reflection in the mirror and questioned the identity of the person. While it is supposed to be fardeen Khan’s reflection, it looks like a hastily done VFX job.

Sonakshi, who plays the role of Fareedan had previously opened up about Bhansali’s eye for details. The Kalank actor had also revealed that she had to lose a lot of weight for the role.

As reported by Moneycontrol, Sonakshi said, “From the correct tablecloth to the curtains to the tea cup and spoon – the details are too much to take in. The clothes we wore, the jewellery – you just get transformed into the person you are supposed to be playing onscreen and that was the beauty of it from the very first day.”
