Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, who is reportedly gearing up for his next film Ramayana with Nitish Tiwari, displayed boundless energy during his recent training session in the countryside. His trainer, Nam, shared a video on his Instagram handle, showing how effortlessly Ranbir excelled in the week-long training. Adding to the surprise, Ranbir’s daughter Raha was also seen in the video, making it even more special.

In the video shared by the trainer, Ranbir was seen going through all sorts of rigorous training including a hike. Ranbir was seen doing cartwheels, lifting weights, jogging, doing core exercises and swimming. The trainer wrote in the caption, “Went to the countryside for a decompression week. WIP with Ranbir.”

Eagle-eyed fans spotted Ranbir Kapoor’s daughter Raha in the video. Raha was seen with her nanny. Fans also spotted Alia Bhatt during Ranbir’s hike. One of the users wrote, “Hiking as a part of his training program for the prep of Ramayana. This guy knows exactly what he’s doing and how to make it happen right. Looking forward to his emotional transformation.” Another user wrote, “Beast mode.”

Recently, alleged pictures from the sets of Ramayana were leaked online. Arun Govil, who is also a part of the upcoming film, had previously heaped praise on Ranbir Kapoor. In an interview with Bollywood Spy, he said, “Only time can tell if that will happen or not, can’t say anything in advance about it. But, as far as Ranbir is concerned, he is a good actor. He is an award-winning actor.”

He added, “Whatever I know of him, Ranbir works very hard, and he is a very cultured kid. He has got good moral and cultural values. I’ve noticed it several times. I’m very sure that he will try to do his level best.”

Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
