Actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are parents to two boys – Taimur, 7 and Jeh, 3. In a recent interview, Kareena spoke about being a mother to two sons and said that raising two boys is “difficult” and “crazy.” She added that she has noticed both of them to be “strong individuals” from a young age.
In an interview with Beer Biceps, talking about what advice she gives them, Kareena said, “Right now it’s just ‘don’t fight with each other’. This morning, I was at home and I suddenly hear Saif screaming at the top of his voice and I was like ‘What has happened?'” She continued that the two boys were fighting with each other and Saif was trying to break up their fight. She said, currently her focus on just getting them to peacefully co-exist as Taimur likes to dominate Jeh, since he is a little older.

“Taimur is the older brother so he is like haq jamaoing (showing his authority), bullying him (Jeh), pushing him. And, the little one is also like, ‘You can’t do that to me’. So, Saif and I are like ‘kya ho raha hai yaar (what’s going on).’ It’s like so difficult and we didn’t think that with two boys… it’s like crazy,” she said. The mother of two added, “They are both very strong individuals. You can tell that from now on they both have their own personalities.”
Further talking about the dynamics the brothers share, she said, “The younger one is like ‘I am not a pushover. This is mine. You will not come to my room’. So I am like yaar ye to sirf filmon mein dekha tha, ab to life mein ho raha hai. (We have seen all this in films, now it’s happening in life as well).”
Kareena, who is younger sister of Karisma Kapoor, also said that since she has grown up in an all female household, she is still learning many things about raising boys. When the topic of WWE came up, Kareena said that Taimur has already discovered the world of wrestling and likes to experiment some moves on Jeh.
“I need to Saif to tell me that’s ‘it’s ok, relax, and chill out. It happens.’ So it’s just crazy. Every 15 minutes, their mood changes and I have realised that they only want to run and eat food. They don’t want to sit for a second,” Kareena shared with excitement. However, she also highlighted that Taimur and Jeh have a special bond and they are protective of each other. “If I fire Jeh that ‘why did you kick Taimur?’, then Taimur will start crying and I tell him that ‘I am firing Jeh for you’ and he is like ‘Don’t talk to Jeh like that’,” said Kareena.
Kareena will soon be seen in Crew alongside Tabu and Kriti Sanon. The film directed by Rajesh A Krishnan also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma. The film is slated to release on March 29
