Following the reveal of Sandoval’s affair with “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Rachel Leviss and his subsequent split from Madix in March 2023 – after nearly a decade of dating – the now-exes continued cohabiting in the $2 million house they purchased together in 2019.

Madix had been using the main suite as her bedroom while Sandoval was sleeping in a separate room.

As previously reported, Sandoval was hoping to buy Madix out of their shared home house. However, the Something About Her co-founder wanted them to sell it instead and split the proceeds.

In January 2024, Madix even sued Sandoval to force the sale of their abode. He, however, rejected her request via legal documents filed in late February.

A judge has not yet decided on the matter.

It’s unclear at this time whether Madix has already moved out of the house she shares with Sandoval.

“The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” Madix, who has since moved on with boyfriend Daniel Wai, said in a confessional during a February 2024 episode of “Vanderpump Rules.”

Meanwhile, in a different scene from the current 11th season, Sandoval claimed to Tom Schwartz that Madix didn’t pay “any of the bills” on their home for “like eight months.”

Madix’s rep did not immediately reply to ’s request for comment.
