Lala Kent hints that Ariana Madix friendship is over after ‘Vanderpump Rules’ reunion fight

Lala Kent teased where her relationship with Ariana Madix stands after filming the “Vanderpump Rules” Season 11 reunion last weekend.

Kent appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “The Talk” and co-host Sheryl Underwood asked her about a now-viral tweet that hinted at a friendship fallout.

“I think the exact tweet was, ‘Ariana eviscerated Lala at the reunion, and it was friendship ruining,’ and only one of those things is true –– I’ll let y’all decide,” Kent teased.

Kent didn’t elaborate on her comment, but the “Give Them Lala” podcast host was referring to a tweet by fan account @thebravobabe_ that read, “Rumor is that Ariana eviscerated Lala at the end of the reunion. Like friendship over type of situation. #PumpRules.”

Kent and Madix have mostly been getting along throughout Season 11, but some of Kent’s recent comments on “Vanderpump Rules” as well as the official “After Show” have made fans start to wonder whether problems may arise in future episodes.

For example, Kent recently shaded Madix when discussing Madix’s decision to not tell Scheana Shay that she was joining the cast of “Dancing With the Stars” –– despite knowing it was always Shay’s dream to star on the show.

“I’m sure Scheana was bummed out, because it’s something she wanted to do, but I think she was more hurt where it’s like, ‘Why am I finding out with like random people in Iowa that my best friend is doing ‘Dancing With the Stars, like I’m just sitting here as a fan it seems like,'” Kent said on Tuesday’s episode of the “Vanderpump Rules: After Show.”

Earlier this season, Kent also confronted Madix for not coming to Shay’s defense after she got slammed online for posing next to Sandoval in a photo with a fan.

Kent took to her confessional and said Madix needs to “pull her head from out of her own ass” and “remember who her friends are and what they’ve done for her.”

Despite those incidents, the duo still appeared to be on good terms when Kent denied that she was “jealous” of Madix’s successes over the last year.

“I have always been a fan of hers. I think that that shows throughout the years. Have we had our ups and downs? Absolutely. But to see my friend thrive after such heartbreak? I am so happy for her, and I am so proud of her,” she said on an Amazon Live in December.

Bravo has yet to announce when the Season 11 reunion will air, but “Vanderpump Rules” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
