Amazon Prime Video announced 70 titles on Tuesday as they shared their slate of upcoming movies and shows on their platform. Among the many highly awaited films and shows, they also released some new footage of Mirzapur Season 3. Although the video sharing the slate of new titles has visuals from a lot of shows and films, it shows a few seconds of the upcoming season of Mirzapur.
In the video, Pankaj Tripathi’s Kaleen bhaiya asks, “Bhool toh nahi gaye humein? (Did you forget us?)” It also shows Ali Fazal, Rasika Dugal, Vijay Varma, Shweta Tripathi, Isha Talwar among others. Mirzapur first premiered in 2018, followed by a second season in 2020. The third season has been in the works since then. The video from Amazon Prime Video also shows a few snippets from the second season of Paatal Lok, Bandish Bandits among others.

Mirzapur has been one of the most popular shows in the Indian web space. In December 2022, Ali Fazal announced the shooting wrap for the third season. Ali, who plays Guddu on the show, previously opened up about his “biggest insecurity” before he signed up to be a part of the show.
In a chat with Jist, Ali shared, “For Guddu, I had to almost fight with my director at the time that I don’t see him having hair.” The actor also shared that since he was required to bulk up for the role, he did not take any protein shakes or any other additives but made changes to his diet and worked out quite a lot. “My most boring time in my life was working out for Mirzapur. I couldn’t sleep. We would work out for three hours every day and while doing that, you have to maintain your peace because we are creators. I refused using wrong means,” he said.
