Countless fans are accusing Khloé Kardashian of heavily editing her face in a new photo.

The Good American co-founder, 39, took to Instagram Thursday to post a picture with her friend Erin Paxton, who worked as a production manager on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

In the snap, Kardashian faces the camera while sitting on a couch as a smiling Paxton leans behind her.

This is far from the first time Kardashian has been called out online for Photoshopping herself.

In October 2022, she was accused of editing her waist to make it smaller after fans noticed the lines on the wall behind her were warped.

The Hulu personality later denied ever posting the photo herself, tweeting, “Maybe my glam did but I didn’t. Also I mean…. The bent lines in the back lol please.”

Just a few months later, in March 2023, Kardashian was forced to delete an Instagram post of herself in a sultry dress after fans picked up on more editing fails.

She later posted the same images without the obvious adjustments.

Perhaps the most infamous snafu came in April 2022 when the “Revenge Body” alum admitted to Photoshopping her daughter, True, into family photos at Disneyland.

“Welllppp I f–ked this one up. Anyways….. let’s focus on something else,” she tweeted at the time.

Internet trolls have even gone so far as to claim Kardashian had Facetuned her cat, which appeared doll-like in a February post.

“Even the pets aren’t safe,” one fan joked.

“First the kids now the cat,” another jabbed.

The “Kardashians” star’s latest controversy comes one day after she made headlines for wishing her cheating ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson a happy birthday on Instagram.

The former couple share 5-year-old True as well as 1-year-old son Tatum.
