Eric McCormack looked cozy with his wife, Janet Holden, at a 2024 Oscars viewing party Sunday — just three months after she filed for divorce.

The “Will & Grace” alum had his arm wrapped around his estranged spouse while posing for photos at the Elton John AIDS Foundation event.

McCormack, 60, and Holden, 70, were also seen holding hands at the star-studded bash.

The “Mr. Magoo” assistant director looked glamorous in a silver sequined strapless gown and matching gloves, while the actor, who at one point posed for a photo with new couple Sophia Bush and Ashlyn Harris, opted for a classic black suit.

Despite the seemingly happy outing, court records seen by indicate McCormack and Holden’s divorce is ongoing.

Their reps did not immediately return our request for comment.

Holden filed for divorce from McCormack in November 2023 after 26 years of marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason and sought spousal support.

The “Perception” actor responded to his wife’s petition in January and agreed to her request for spousal support.

McCormack and Holden went public with their romance in 1995 after meeting the year before on the set of “Lonesome Dove.” They married on Aug. 3, 1997. Neither listed a date of separation in their legal filings.

The couple decided to keep their romance a secret at first because of Holden’s position as assistant director, with McCormack telling People in 1998 that the “mystery and danger … was fun.”

Before McCormack and Holden became parents to their now-21-year-old son, Finnegan, the Emmy winner began acting as Will Truman in the famed NBC sitcom “Will & Grace.”

The Broadway star played Will Truman from 1998 to 2006, going on to reprise the role from 2017 to 2020.
