Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan are set to return with the second collection of their luxury streetwear brand D’yavol X. For the second batch of D’yavol X merchandise named X-2, the luxury clothing brand, co-founded by Aryan Khan, has teamed up with the mass media and entertainment conglomerate Disney.
Meanwhile, days ahead of the official launch of the merchandise, D’yavol X has unveiled a promo video featuring Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan too, showcasing the stylish and trendy nature of the upcoming clothing line, set to be released on March 17 via D’yavol X’s official website. “The collab you didn’t know you needed… BUT every good story deserves a sequel,” SRK noted while sharing the video on Instagram.
“On the day dedicated to women… its the most awesome to share screen with my daughter! And of course the elder son did his job too… love you both,” he wrote in the comments section.
During a recent chat with GQ, Aryan Khan said that Shah Rukh Khan’s role extends beyond being the face of the brand as he brings a little ‘sanity and maturity’ to his ‘edgy’ brand.
“Some things that would take me some time to wrap my head around were seamless for him. Our brand is edgy, so he’s around to keep some semblance of sanity and respectability, otherwise, there could be too much madness. Because we are an age-agnostic brand, I think we have an interesting balance: I have a more contemporary way of thinking; my father brings a dose of maturity into it. Having perspectives from both ends allows the brand to align with our collective vision as well, which is to appeal and cater to everyone, from a 10-year-old to a 70-year-old,” he said.

Following the launch of the clothing brand in March last year, many had criticised D’yavol X for its high prices. During a #AskSRK session on X (formerly Twitter), a fan had raised the issue. “@iamsrk ye dyavol x ke jacket thoda sa 1000- 2000 wale bhi bana do…. Wo wale khareedne me to ghar chala jayega #AskSRK (Please make Dyavol x jacket for Rs 1000-2000. The ones that are there, will have to give away houses to buy those),” he wrote.
Responding to this, SRK said, “Yeh D’Yavol X wale log mujhe bhi sasti nahi bech rahe…kuch karta hoon..!! (D’Yavol people don’t sell anything to me also for less price…let me do something)”
