3/6/24

My thoughts and prayers are with the Ranchers and Farmers in Texas. Hopefully the wildfires are extinguished A.S.A.P. I have been out of town and will be back in the office on Monday, until then all call will still be transferred to my cell phone. I am still Bearish the Soybean and Cattle Markets. The Wheat Market has fallen out of bed, and May’24 dropped another 20 cents today and settled at 531, just above today’s low, the 1-month low and 52-week low of 529 ½. May’24 Soybeans and Corn are both within 20 cents of their 1-month and 52-week lows, and I feel those levels will be tested again. May’24 Soybeans settled at 1148 ¼ today, and the 1-month and 52-week low is 1128 ½. May’24 Corn settled at 428 ¾ today and the 1-month and 52-week low is 408 ¾. I still Believe the Cattle Markets ar over priced. April’24 Live Cattle were 0.750 lower today and settled at 187.25. The 52-week low is 165.400. April’24 Feeder Cattle were 1.300 lower today and settled at 255.875. The 52-week low is 213.700. April’24 lean Hogs were 0.175 lower today and settled at 85.000. As always, I hope you are protecting your downside risk. I will be back on Monday.
