A new poster of Jr NTR‘s Devara has been unveiled which features the actor sailing on a small boat through a treacherous sea. The actor looks unperturbed. He is followed by a fleet of similar boats. The whole aesthetics of the poster is an attempt at the creation of a mythical character.
Anirudh Ravichander, who is composing the music for the film, shared the poster, and wrote, “Celebrating the #YearOfFEAR with a bang. Wishing you all an electrifying #Devara Year! A fully loaded wave will hit you on January 8th with a solid #DevaraGlimpse 🌊.”

Along with the poster, Anirudh also said that the first-look teaser of the film will be released on January 8.
After RRR’s success, Jr NTR has remained silent about Devara, which has been in the making for a while now. Jr NTR earlier asked fans not to bother the makers for updates as it will be a pressure and become counter-productive for them.
Directed by Koratala Siva, the film is set in a coastal town. Notably, this cinematic venture serves as the South film debut of Janhvi Kapoor, who is collaborating with Jr NTR for the first time.
The film marks Jr NTR’s 30th movie, and it has other stars like Saif Ali Khan and Ramya Krishna. Produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, Devara is set to hit theaters on April 5, 2024.
