Suhana Khan, the daughter of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is investing heavily in real estate. After buying a farmland in Alibaug last year, the young actress has bought yet another property in a beach town near Mumbai, in coastal Maharashtra.
Suhana has bought the plush beach facing property that has cost her a sum exceeding Rs 10 crore including stamp duty charges. According to an Economic Times report, the property includes three structures built on a total land parcel spread over nearly 1.8 acres. The structures constructed on the land parcel are spread over a carpet area of 1,218 sq ft, 196 sq ft, and 120 sq ft, respectively.
The report further stated that Suhana has apparently paid a stamp duty of Rs 57 lakh for the transaction which was registered on February 13. This is Suhana’s second real estate buy in Alibaug.
In June 2023, The Archies actor, even before making her acting debut, had bought a farmland spreading across 1.5 acres in Alibaug that cost her Rs 12.91 crore and became an “agriculturist”. The Thal village, where Suhana’s farmland rests, is a 12-minute drive from centre of Alibaug town.
Shah Rukh Khan’s family has used Alibaug as their getaway retreat for years. The Jawan actor owns a lavish sea-facing property there, and often hosts parties for his family and friends. On his 52nd birthday he had thrown a grand birthday bash for his near and dear ones at the bungalow. It also has a swimming pool and a helipad.
On the work front Suhana’s acting in The Archies was appreciated. She hass reportedly started shooting for filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh’ film with SRK doing an extended cameo.
